EZ/CD FAQ and Technical Support

EZCD Print (BasicMicro.com, Inc.) provides technical support on all EZ/CD Print printers for our customers, via phone and e-mail, for 30 days starting from when the printer is purchased. Free technical support can be obtained via the World Wide Web by visiting the EZ/CD Print Online Technical Support Request Form. A copy of your proof of purchase may be requested before support is given. EZ/CD Print will only provide support to the original end user of the printer. EZ/CD Print is not responsible for problems arising from the operating system or the computer the software is running on. We can be reached Monday through Friday at 800.535.9161 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm PST for techinical support.
EZ/CD Print reserves the right to deny tech support to any customer on any grounds. After 30 days, telephone technical support is available on a pay per incident basis; the cost per incident is $19.95 (US). Pay for support hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am through 4:00pm PST.
EZ/CDPrint makes every effort to provide easy service and support. Please review our FAQ for quick answers to the most common questions. If you are unable to located a suitable answer in our FAQ please fill out our Technical Support Request Form. A EZ/CD Print representative will contact you via EMail within 24 hours (Weekends and holidays excluded).
